Bice at the Hilton near JBR is perhaps the most underrated Italian restaurant in the country. It’s just had a whole refurbishment, but thankfully it still does fantastic stuff like this tortellini with white truffle sauce and black truffle topping. It’s incredible.  Also, if you’re stuck in the capital, the one in Abu Dhabi is the best Italian restaurant in the city. Bice Mare in Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai, however, is a bit disappointing and overpriced. Beware.
