Table 9 The great news is, Verre’s replacement at the Hilton Dubai Creek retains the services of Scott and Nick, and has now let them off the Ramsay leash. Without the need to conform to a Ramsay restaurant menu they can create their own and a) it’s better than Verre ever was b) it’s cheaper. Esquire Magazine (rightly) claimed that Verre was the best restaurant in the Middle East. Table 9 is a step up. (pictured: halibut, pumpkin, watercress & horseradish)
