Cirque Du Soir Dubai launched last Thursday. Set in the old venue where the incredibly pretentious Club400 used to be, it’s full of burlesque women posing and freakish dwarves running about. Plus ca change, then. On the plus side, it’s good to see someone doing something that isn’t just another RnB-soundtracked bore.
